Terms of Distribution

Eligibility
Wholesale purchasing is limited to verified business resellers holding a valid resale certificate, tax ID, or EIN. Merlin Supply Group LLC reserves the right to approve or decline any account.
Purchase Order Acceptance
All purchase orders are subject to written acceptance by Merlin Supply Group LLC. Pricing, availability, and quantities are confirmed upon acceptance and may be subject to minimum order quantities and case-pack requirements.
Payment Timelines
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due prior to shipment via ACH or wire. Approved accounts may receive net terms. Late balances may incur fees and suspension of ordering privileges.
Shipping & Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise specified. Freight claims must be noted on the bill of lading at receipt.
Returns
Returns require prior written authorization and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original, resalable condition.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Corporate Office & Partner Logistics
Merlin Supply Group LLC maintains its Wyoming registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Logistics & Receiving: Partner Distribution Hubs (Continental US). Fulfillment, receiving docks, and pallet-in/pallet-out distribution are coordinated through partner 3PL facilities. Shipment-specific receiving addresses and dock appointments are supplied with confirmed orders; freight must not be sent to the registered office.
