Authorized Sourcing
Merlin Supply Group LLC sources inventory exclusively from manufacturers, brand owners, and their authorized master distributors. We maintain documentation of supply chain provenance for every product we distribute.
MAP Policy Adherence
We strictly adhere to all manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) agreements and require our downstream retail partners to do the same. Violations result in account review and potential termination.
Prohibition of Gray-Market Diversion
We do not engage in, facilitate, or knowingly supply gray-market, diverted, or unauthorized channels. Product is placed only with verified retailers in approved channels.
Brand Protection
We cooperate fully with brand owners on channel audits, lot traceability, and enforcement actions, and promptly address any reported compliance concern.

Corporate & Logistics Structure
Merlin Supply Group LLC maintains its Wyoming registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Logistics & Receiving: Partner Distribution Hubs (Continental US). Partner 3PL facilities support order-specific receiving, storage, and distribution; they are distinct from the corporate office. Brand authorization and handling requirements apply throughout the partner fulfillment chain. Receiving instructions are provided with confirmed orders.
